Meet me

I’m a Marine Corps veteran and now the proud owner of M&M Health Solutions, a telehealth clinic serving patients across all 50 states! We focus on hormone optimization, skin and hair health, medical-assisted weight-loss, and peptide therapies. We also specialize in bloodwork and hormone analysis through our sister company, M&M Labs. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and a master’s degree in Business Marketing, and am advancing my education in pharmacology. My goal is to combine academic knowledge with practical experience to support a diverse client base that includes lifestyle clients, bodybuilders, and endurance athletes.

Through M&M Health Solutions, I work with our own patients, other clinics, and physicians to coordinate comprehensive health and wellness services. I’m also committed to community education, providing free nutrition education and hosting seminars focused on improving public health. My work has included fall-prevention classes for older adults, reflecting a broader focus on health and wellbeing across different age groups.

I’m also committed to harm reduction in performance enhancement, with an emphasis on education around safer supplement use, responsible decision-making, and optimizing training outcomes.
